What PACE SESH is

PACE SESH is a free platform for planning and joining group cycling rides. We provide the tools — the rides themselves are organized by users, not by us.

Your account

• You need an account to use PACE SESH beyond viewing public ride pages
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person — don't create multiple accounts
• You must be at least 16 years old to use PACE SESH

You may choose to register or sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Google. By doing so, you authorize that provider to share certain account information with us as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the third-party service is also governed by that service's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party authentication providers.

Strava Integration

You may choose to connect your Strava account to PACE SESH. By doing so, you authorize PACE SESH to access certain data from your Strava account via the Strava API, as described in our Privacy Policy. Connecting Strava is optional — you can set up and use your PACE SESH profile without it.

When you connect Strava, PACE SESH will import your profile data (name, photo, bikes, activity statistics, and disciplines) to pre-fill your rider profile. You may also optionally use your Strava activities to verify attendance at group rides you have participated in.

Your use of Strava is governed by Strava's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. PACE SESH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava. You can disconnect your Strava account at any time from your profile settings.

Rules of use

When using PACE SESH, you agree to:

• Be honest.Use your real name or a recognizable handle. Don't impersonate others.
• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users — in profiles, ride descriptions, or chat.
• Keep it safe.Don't post content that's illegal, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.
• Respect other riders. If you join a ride, show up or cancel in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.
• Don't spam.Don't use PACE SESH to advertise products or services unrelated to cycling.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you post (ride descriptions, chat messages, profile information, photos). By posting it on PACE SESH, you grant us a license to display it within the platform to other users.

We may remove content that violates these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

Rides and safety

PACE SESH is a coordination tool, not a ride organizer. We do not organize, supervise, or take responsibility for any rides planned through the platform.

• Ride hosts are responsible for the rides they organize
• Riders participate at their own risk
• Always wear a helmet, follow traffic laws, and ride within your abilities
• PACE SESH is not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or any other incidents that occur during rides organized through the platform

Content moderation

We review reported content and may take action including:

• Removing content
• Suspending accounts
• Permanently banning users

We aim to review reports promptly but don't guarantee specific response times.

Availability

PACE SESH is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the platform will be available 24/7 or free of bugs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PACE SESH and its operators are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from your use of the platform
• Actions of other users
• Loss of data
• Interruptions to service

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of PACE SESH after changes constitutes acceptance. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users via the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Berlin.
